What are you most looking forward to about judging this year's British Homes Awards and, as a judge, what are you looking for in the work?

I'm looking forward to seeing designs are responding to the way people want to live today — not just aesthetically, but emotionally and practically. The BHA consistently showcase an impressive breadth of work, from highly crafted private homes to thoughtful large-scale residential schemes, and it's always inspiring to see projects that push standards forward while remaining connected to the people who inhabit them
