Richard Dudzicki is a RIBA-chartered architect and founder of RDA Architects, a London-based firm specializing in sustainable design. With over 30 years of experience, he has led more than 200 eco-friendly projects, including certified Passivhaus and EnerPHit homes, blending energy efficiency with innovative architecture.

What top tip would you give to this year's entrants? 

As someone who is passionate about sustainability and achieving NET Zero, I'm looking for entrants that really use environmental statistics like embodied carbon calculations and energy usage. I'm looking for homes that are not only beautiful, but sustainable with the stats to back it up.
