Greg Moss

Greg is a Partner at Hawkins\Brown leading the practice's residential and mixed-use work. He has over two decades of experience delivering complex, high-profile projects across all scales and stages of design for a variety of clients including Local Authorities, developers and housing providers.  A strategic thinker with design flair, Greg has a track record of efficiently managing the design team to ensure key decisions are made at the right time.  He is an advocate of the practice's in-house embodied and whole-life carbon measuring tool (H\B:ERT), delivering talks on measuring carbon at events such as the Housing Forum.   Greg is an expert in shared and co-living typologies; he was a key contributor to the GLA's forthcoming Shared Living (LSPBSL) policy guidance.
