Led by Berkeley, the 11-acre brownfield scheme delivers 24% affordable homes on site, with a £34.5 million off-site contribution taking total affordable housing provision to 35%. Private, shared-ownership and social-rented homes have been delivered to consistent design standards, creating a genuinely tenure-blind community. A defining strength of White City Living is its exceptional lifestyle offer; residents benefit from more than 39,000 sq ft of exclusive amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, 17m indoor swimming pool, hydro-pool, sauna, steam room, gym, treatment rooms, business lounge, meeting spaces, private cinemas, dining facilities, cafés and lounges. Westmont Club also includes a standout rooftop Beach Club, with a heated infinity pool, olive grove, outdoor private dining, open-air bar and indoor lounge. Berkeley has also overcome major infrastructure challenges, investing £14 million in new pedestrian bridges and decks over the Central Line, opening up direct routes to Westfield London, White City station, Wood Lane, Television Centre and Imperial College. With around 1,300 homes already built, 1,241 private apartments sold and more than 70% of buyers being owner-occupiers, White City Living is already a proven success story in large-scale regeneration.
