The 85-acre site surrounding the iconic Wembley Stadium currently comprises The SSE Arena, Wembley; London Designer Outlet, London’s leading fashion outlet centre; the Hilton London Wembley Hotel; Premier Inn; Boxpark Wembley; Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre and over 3,000 homes. Residents and visitors of Wembley Park benefit from Quintain’s continual investment across the site; £2bn has been invested into the development to date. Last year, Wembley Park welcomed over 16.4m visitors and the neighbourhood has 6,500 workers on site.

With the first phase of development already delivered at Wembley Park, detailed plans are approved for a primary school, two nurseries, more retail and an NHS health centre. Delivery of a seven-acre park is underway and the world famous Olympic Way is about to gain a new set of steps to Wembley Stadium to replace the current pedway.
