Quintain is transforming Wembley Park into a thriving mixed-use development, 12 minutes from central London, offering 8,500 homes once complete - 5,000 of which as Build to Rent. Building on the international reputation for music and sporting events for which the area is known, Wembley Park is a landmark destination with culture, entertainment and community at its heart. It already includes homes, shops, and places to work, as well as attractive public spaces, with parks and gardens, public squares and wide boulevards for locals and visitors alike to enjoy. The 85-acre site surrounding the iconic Wembley Stadium currently comprises The SSE Arena, Wembley; London Designer Outlet, London’s leading fashion outlet centre; the Hilton London Wembley Hotel; Premier Inn; Boxpark Wembley; Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre and over 3,000 homes. Residents and visitors of Wembley Park benefit from Quintain’s continual investment across the site; £2bn has been invested into the development to date. Last year, Wembley Park welcomed over 16.4m visitors and the neighbourhood has 6,500 workers on site.
With the first phase of development already delivered at Wembley Park, detailed plans are approved for a primary school, two nurseries, more retail and an NHS health centre. Delivery of a seven-acre park is underway and the world famous Olympic Way is about to gain a new set of steps to Wembley Stadium to replace the current pedway. Quintain’s vision is to continue transforming what was once an unloved events destination into a thriving mixed-use neighbourhood, one of Europe’s most exciting development projects.
