Wapping Wharf Phase 2

Umberslade and Muse Developments in a joint venture

Wapping Wharf is one of the South West’s most significant regeneration projects, delivering much-needed new homes as part of a wider community that incorporates an established array of independent businesses, right in the heart of Bristol. On once derelict land, this is a widely-praised scheme is one of the final pieces in the jigsaw of the regeneration of Bristol’s famous Floating Harbour, with phase 2 having completed this year and the first residents having moved in.

With an eye-catching design that reflects the urban dockside character of the area, this latest phase of development, which secured £23.4 million of funding from Homes England, incorporates 163 private sale homes, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses, all of which have been sold or reserved (some subject to contract), known as Wapping Wharf Living, alongside 49 shared ownership and 44 for private rent, providing a balanced mix of housing, all tenure blind. Following the current phase of construction, a further 81 affordable homes will be built.
