Triptych Bankside

JTRE London & Cocovara Interiors

: Squire & Partners

Triptych Bankside is a £400 million mixed-use development, architect designed by Squire & Partners and interior designed by Cocovara Interiors. Developed by JTRE London, this inspiring scheme is made up of three distinctive sweeping towers with 169 luxury studio to three bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses in two blocks and 68,000 sq ft of commercial office space, plus 9,900 sq ft of retail space in the third block. The sweeping architectural design of the scheme mimics the ebb and flow of the Thames and each spacious apartment has floor to ceiling windows and a balcony offering far-reaching views across London’s distinctive skyline. Set in the vibrant location of the South Bank, the overall layout of the site has been meticulously planned to positively contribute to the local townscape and sense of place.

JTRE London wanted a statement building where both internal design and external architecture perfectly complement each other to set these buildings apart from others. It was Cocovara’s task to create a show apartment look that reflected the confidence of the outside architecture and to create a space full of personality. The result was House of Vara: an artisan made, bespoke furniture collection designed to integrate seamlessly with the free flowing lines of the building’s form. Cocovara sought inspiration from the South Bank and selected designs that are young, vibrant and edgy, using bold colours complimented by neutrals, instilling a sense of both vitality and playfulness. Cocovara has combined exacting design, unrivalled craftsmanship and high specification to stunning effect.
