: Cotswolds
Surrounded by 2.3 acres, Rosewood Manor is located in the heart of the Cotswolds — a family home built with traditional Cotswold stone, overlooking rolling countryside. Once two early 1900s farmhouses, the property was thoughtfully unified and reimagined for a young family relocating from London. The clients sought a sympathetic and considered renovation that would honour the home’s heritage while creating contemporary spaces for modern living. At the heart of the home is a reconfigured kitchen–living space — now the social centre of family life. Structural constraints were celebrated rather than concealed, with architectural details such as nibs and lowered beams thoughtfully incorporated into the design. A bespoke kitchen island, a handcrafted 14-seat farmhouse table, and expansive glazing that frames uninterrupted views combine to create a space that is as welcoming as it is beautiful. Every room at Rosewood Manor emphasizes thoughtful, people-centered design. A tactile, natural palette flows throughout—from the bootility that offers rustic charm and practicality to the principal suite with a walk-in wardrobe and spa-like en-suite. Sustainability is integrated through reclaimed materials, energy-efficient upgrades, and low-impact design choices. Rosewood Manor achieves a balance of heritage and innovation, showcasing timeless interior design that honors the building's history while meeting contemporary needs. This space is crafted to endure, reflecting its roots while remaining functional for today's lifestyle.
