Their first partnership scheme, Three Waters, delivered much-needed homes for Londoners in the Bromley-by-Bow regeneration area. Following Three Waters’ success, the partners are working on more projects together: One Clapham Junction, Chelsea Botanica and The Verdean. All three rapidly found success in the form of awards, fast-sales, and community engagement, respectively. The partners say the key to their success is their open communication.
