High Street Quarter is a £210m mixed-use scheme in the centre of Hounslow, including 134,000 sq ft of commercial floor space for a new 10-screen multiplex cinema by Cineworld and a selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Due to fully complete this year with many residents and commercial tenants already in situ, it will include 588 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with 41% dedicated to affordable housing and 745 jobs created for local people.

Providing an urban centre to this culturally diverse town for the first time and drawing design inspiration from the area’s multiculturalism, High Street Quarter is now one of West London’s premier addresses. Its 27-storey Kempton Apartments will change the town’s skyline becoming a visual symbol of a thriving new future for Hounslow. Supported by Hounslow Council, the project comprises four separate blocks of apartments, and represents an important part of the regeneration of Hounslow town centre. The intention has been to create a vibrant new town square where the community can come together to enjoy the various new amenities that are being delivered at High Street Quarter – a brand new public realm, seasonal street markets, and an amenity area for all year-round use.
