Greenwich Peninsula

Knight Dragon

: London

Greenwich Peninsula is fast becoming London’s most boldly modern landscape. Spanning 150 acres, it is one of the capital’s largest single regeneration projects, spearheaded by Knight Dragon.

With £10.8 billion investment over 30 years, Greenwich Peninsula will be a vibrant community of seven distinct neighbourhoods, three of which are already complete. By 2040, it will comprise nearly 17,500 new homes – 5,000 affordable – alongside 48 acres of public green space. The development includes new schools, healthcare facilities, a new transport hub, and much more. Home to 5,500 residents, more than 170 businesses and welcoming nearly 10 million visitors annually, Greenwich Peninsula is a place for all. Residents live across more than 2,000 high-quality, riverside homes with access to a wide range of amenities, including gyms, a cinema, and a Tom Dixon-designed wellness centre with views of Canary Wharf. This is not a development of empty homes – it’s full of culture and creativity. From Design District – London’s first purpose-built home for the creative industries – to NOW Gallery and Firepit Art Gallery hosting free exhibitions and workshops throughout the year, regularly attended by local residents and visitors from across London. The 17-piece art-trail, including six Damien Hirst sculptures, is also free to access. Democratic access to culture is a core principle, reflective of our vision for a space which enriches the lives of everyone. We host events year-round and support local charities through Knight Dragon’s £1.9m Community Fund and 200+ engagement opportunities.
