: South Westminster

Ebury Bridge is a £400 million regeneration project in central London, led by Westminster City Council. As the largest affordable housing scheme in the borough in over 50 years, it sets a bold precedent for sustainable, mixed-tenure development. With its prime location near Victoria and the West End, the project combines innovative design, high-quality property management, and inclusive community-building to create a vibrant, multi-tenure neighbourhood in Zone 1.

In partnership with residents, the council is delivering 781 sustainable homes, 53 percent of which are affordable, including 371 council homes, alongside new retail, commercial, and community spaces. Aligned with the ‘Fairer Westminster’ strategy, the scheme protects and empowers the estate’s original mixed-tenure community of 337 households while creating long-term social value.
