PRP was challenged to design a cohesive approach to connectivity between dwelling and amenities both physically and digitally to cover a range of potential residents, age groups and needs for comfortable living. Key to this was designing dwellings which are seasonably comfortable while also locating the management, flexible work, leisure and landscaping areas in a central hub building. Each residential building is connected to this hub, beneath which is the Wellness Spa with a Pool Hall containing a 25m Sport England standard swimming pool, sauna & steam rooms, jacuzzi and experience showers with changing facilities. The spinning studio, yoga suite and fully kitted gym give many options for relaxation and valuing your time. Seamless Wi-Fi between home and communal spaces maintains connectivity and the pet friendly design gives luxurious amenities for furry friends. From painting classes, seasonal pumpkin carving and garden parties, there are a range of community events bringing people to thrive together in a work-life-play balanced environment.
