Cobham Bowers is a thoughtfully designed residential community in Surrey, created in partnership with retirement living specialist Pegasus, part of the Lifestory Group. It offers 53 elegant, light-filled apartments arranged around a lush walled garden, providing a tranquil setting tailored for later living. Located in the heart of Cobham Village, the development replaces an outdated office block, transforming an underused site into a vibrant and connected living environment.

At its core, Cobham Bowers is about fostering community and enriching lives through shared spaces and experiences. Drawing from the village’s strong sense of local identity and inspired by nearby historic Painshill Park, the development centres around a landscaped courtyard—an intimate, green sanctuary enclosed in traditional flint walls.
