Telford Homes’ City North development is the most significant mixed-use development in Finsbury Park for a generation. Not only does the scheme deliver much needed new mixed-tenure homes to the area, but it also directly contributes to the town centre’s vitality by providing significant additional retail and leisure amenities to draw in visitors and new residents.

A commitment to high-quality placemaking will enhance accessibility, not least through providing a new entrance to Finsbury Park tube station.
