Positioned adjacent to West Byfleet train station with direct connectivity into London, the landmark mixed-use scheme has been carefully designed to reinvigorate the area and create a vibrant hub where wellbeing, independence and social connection sit at the core of everyday living.

Formerly a 1960s-era concrete office building and underused car park that had fallen into disrepair, Botanical Place presented an opportunity to completely reimagine the site through a design and delivery approach rooted in sustainability, placemaking and long-term community value.
