Belvedere Gardens Penthouse

Goddard Littlefair

Client: Canary Wharf Residential and Qatari Diar

Sitting atop Southbank Place development as the crowning jewel of the Belvedere Penthouse offers the most desirable views of London. Embracing the spirit of the Southbank whilst designing for the perceived homeowner, results in Goddard Littlefair creating a considered, artistic, and elevated design.

Founders of Goddard Littlefair, Martin Goddard and Jo Littlefair, have been part of the project since inception eight years ago, working closely with architects ensuring complete integrity and seamless translation from exterior to interior. With high-end, riverside living in mind, Goddard Littlefair drew upon the rich landscape of the project. Based in the heart of London's South Bank with mesmerising views of the Thames, House of Commons and the great institutions of Whitehall informing the narrative of the design. The interiors of Belvedere Gardens are a fusion of the inspirational location and transatlantic styling, delivering luxurious sophistication and elegance. A key element of Goddard Littlefair’s design process for the Penthouse was anticipating the needs and requirements of future residents, creating a home that complements a lifestyle that features travelling, luxury and wellness. The double height lounge has been assembled for residents to watch the sun set or rise, with penthouse lifting them above the cityscape, in perfect view of the London Eye. There is commissioned bespoke artwork throughout, and the penthouse is dressed with books on art, fashion and travel. Goddard Littlefair have created a homely experience, with impactful moments in the view, and details carefully executed to create an atmosphere that makes the apartment feel exceptional.
