Félicie joined Barr Gazetas in 2025 as Director and Head of Residential with 25 years of experience in residential-led urban regeneration. Her work spans a wide range of residential tenures and typologies. Leading on the practice's living sector projects, F√©licie is joining up her experience in residential design with the practice's expertise in mixed-use retrofit and adaptive reuse. Our team is determined to challenge the industry's siloed approach, fostering a more collaborative, cross-disciplinary model. Félicie is a recognised thought leader in the sector, having led research initiatives on wellbeing-focused housing and social value. She serves on RIBA Council elected for London, is a member of the Croydon Design Review Panel and a judge for a number of design awards.
Why do you think the British Homes Awards are important? How to they stand out against other awards in the industry?
The BHA are important because they are not specific to one typology of home or one type of development but instead celebrate 'the home' as a whole.
