The British Homes Awards invite entries from home builders, developers, housing associations, architects and interior designers.

Entries are also accepted from Marketing and PR Companies commissioned by their clients to submit entries on their behalf.

The home, scheme, or phase of the scheme entered for the award must have been completed since 1 June 2019.

1. Follow the start your entry link to complete the online registration 
2. Select the category you would like to enter 
3. Provide the credits for your entry
4. Upload your written submission, lead image and any relevant support material 
5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 to make multiple entries 
6. Submit entry(ies) and make payment where applicable

A | One lead image in size 705 x 350px. 

This image will be used to represent your entry throughout the entry process as well as during the winners’ presentation and in any editorial coverage (300dpi). Please ensure you label the lead image file as “LEAD IMAGE”.

Any additional images must be included in the A3 entry PDF presentation.

B | A3 entry PDF presentation (up to 5 sides). 

This should be one sided, hi-res and can be portrait or landscape. This should include a written statement of up to 1,000 words as well as hi-res photographs of both exterior and interior of the completed scheme/project. 

In the Home transformation of the year and Development transformation of the year categories, please include before and after images. 

Note: Images provided with award entries must be predominantly project photography, and not computer generated images. 

Photographs must also be free of copyright and reproduction fees. If photographers must be credited, please include in the captions in the entry PDF. Credits for the lead image should be indicated in the relevant field on the online entry system.

C | Three images of floor plans, site plans and elevation plans with full captions.

Label and/or list the different plans for easy orientation of the project.

D | Company logo

Please upload the company logo(s) - your logo may be used on communication materials (on or offline) in relation to the British Homes Awards. Please supply the best possible quality for print: EPS (preferable) or high resolution (300dpi) JPEG.
