What are you most looking forward to about judging this year's British Homes Awards and, as a judge, what are you looking for in the work?

The British Homes Awards recognise the projects that are shaping the future of residential living. What makes them distinctive is their ability to celebrate excellence across the entire homebuilding and residential sector, from design and placemaking to innovation, sustainability and resident experience. They showcase developments that not only look exceptional but also perform exceptionally well for the people who use them. By highlighting projects that combine commercial success with social and environmental impact, the awards help raise standards across the industry.
