CHESTERFIELD HOUSE

HUB

Chesterfield House brings 239 exemplar build-to-rent homes to Wembley, North London, including extensive public realm and retail from which the whole community will benefit. Since day one, HUB has worked closely with local people to secure the best outcome for everyone. Not only is the project a fantastic new asset for the area, it is also an architecturally superb building that represents a real step-change in quality for Wembley and acts as a regeneration marker for the High Road.

Chesterfield House has been designed by award-winning architects Maccreanor Lavington to meet the community’s aspirations. It re-establishes the town centre’s importance, re-energises the High Road, provides a community centre and provides well planned homes that met a range of local needs.

The landmark scheme comprises two buildings of 21 and 26 storeys connected by a seven-storey building, with facades carefully designed to add richness and character. The property offers 239 one, two and three-bed apartments built specifically for rent, at a range of different rental levels and discounts, with amenities focused around enhancing the physical and mental well-being of residents.

The development frames a thoughtfully designed and much-needed new public square, which, together with the improved streetscape, rich elevations, and exemplar homes, ensure that the development will remain a much-loved part of the community for generations to come.
