Charlotte is the Founder and Creative Director of roost, an interior design studio specialising in residential developments, co-living schemes, and build-to-rent projects across the UK. With extensive experience designing for developers and investors, Charlotte combines a pragmatic approach with creative expertise to deliver spaces that enhance resident experience while supporting commercial success. She is a regular speaker on the impact of strategic interior design in the property sector and is passionate about raising standards across the industry.

What are you most looking forward to about judging this year's British Homes Awards and, as a judge, what are you looking for in the work?

I'm most looking forward to seeing best in class projects at all scales and discovering new practices to learn from. As a judge I'll be looking for how projects support and problem solve for everyday life, as well as great functional spaces.
