Anna Kiho

 Anna is the Head of Residential at HLM, having focused on this sector since joining the practice over 7 years ago. Anna has worked with both public and private sector clients on a range of residential and mixed-use projects which establish major real estate opportunities, whilst delivering key assets of significant community value.  Day-to-day, Anna leads the design process and teams for several residential-led projects, ensuring that clients' requirements are fully understood and met, as well as achieving the highest quality design-led outcomes.  Anna brings an enthusiastic and inquisitive attitude towards any design challenge. Her particular interest lies in addressing the challenges that large-scale urban developments often face, such as maintaining a human scale and a sense of belonging, necessary for creating vibrant and successful communities.
